I have been using Delores Jewelers for well over 5 years. Although I've used the one in Waterford Lakes - excellent service, I consistently use the one in Fashion Square Mall. I'm not quite sure how to adequately describe the quality of their merchandise, the professionalism that abounds or the ... warmth and care associated with each sale, but the fact that I've been using them - pretty much exclusively, for the past 5+ years tells you something. Several years ago I purchased my wife a Pandora charm bracelet, and charms are added on days of special occassion (Christmas, birthdays, Mother's Day, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, etc.). It's taken several years to completely fill the bracelet, but it's become an heirloom with each charm holding a specific significance for my wife.
